Emotional Regulation Scale

Emotional regulation Scale developed by Sawar (1997) will be used to measure emotional regulation in the current research. The scale is comprised of 58 items. It is a 4-point rating scale. Response categories ranges from 1=not at all true to 4=exactly true. Alpha reliability of the scale is .91.
